Knowledge becomes power only when it is accompanied by deed. But first it is necessary to understand what exactly to do, how to do it better, which of the available options leads to a greater probability of success, and which lead only to failure and fruitless waste of time.

The greater the task, the more preparation it requires, and the more skills one has to master to accomplish it. The goals of our project are very large in scope, and therefore we cannot allow to limit ourselves to pure theorizing and a vain hope that «the rest will take care of itself».
