Various projects of social order arise from the minds of humanity from time immemorial. But if we are to build a truly new society, create our future by our own hand, instead of being satisfied with the fruits of our imagination or random chance, we have to account both for the desired direction of development, and for the real prerequisites to it.

The roots of the future in the form of necessary technologies and social groundwork already exist in the present. Our task is to find these roots and use their example to show that such development is possible not just in the «bright tomorrow», but in the here and now.

This section contains articles and notes on technology and scientific achievements that can make our vision of the future a realty, and some projects based on them - our own and those that attracted our attention.
